All order are processed and packed within 48hours if not earlier. 

However orders received on the weekend will not be dispatched until Mondays

We despatch orders nationwide and are sent through Startrack Express on overnight service. For capital city you should receive the next business day after despatch, for rural areas allow up to 2-3 days. You will be sent tracking details when your order has been despatched.

 We offer free delivery on all orders

Our hamper boxes have been precurated however if there is a dietary requirements or an allergy, please let us know and we will arrange for a suitable replacement. For corporate clients we suggest you contact us to customise a box to suit your requirements and budget

Once an order has been despatched we are unable to cancel your order.

We do not offer refunds or returns for deliveries that are delayed in transit.

In the event of your package being damaged, please contact us asap.
